The "Pearl" Room – 12.3x15.8

                The "Pearl" is a beautiful room on the second floor to the rear of the building which outlooks the backyard. It has two windows which extend from the floor to the ceiling, along with gorgeous parquet floor. It was beautifully decorated with a queen size bed, lounge chairs, a night table, a dresser, mirrors, lamps, a television, and much more. A large closet is also available for your convenience.

High Season (March- December): $125

The "Hilton" Room– 12.3x15.8
 
                 The "Hilton" is a beautiful room on the second floor in the front of the building which outlooks the surrounding homes on Rutland Road. It has triple bay windows which extend from the floor to the ceiling, along with gorgeous parquet floors. It was beautifully decorated with a queen size bed, lounge chairs, a night table, a dresser, mirrors, lamps, a television, and much more. A large closet is also available for your convenience.

The "Morgan"- 12.2x15 & 12.2x14

                The Morgan consists of two large rooms that are connected. These rooms consist of a queen size bed, a queen size sofa, a television, and hardwood floors, two tall windows at the rear of the house, and two beautiful stained glass windows.
