Policies

Deposits:
For a stay of 3 nights or longer, we require a deposit of 50% of your reservation cost. The balance is due upon arrival.
 
Cancellation:
In the event that you have to cancel your planned stay with us, a 10 day notice is required. If we can rebook empty rooms to full occupancy status over the entire reserved period, the rebooking proceeds are refunded with a $25 service charge. If we are unable to rebook your room, your deposit is non-refundable.
  
Laundry Service: available as requested

Check In: 3pm*

Check Out: 11am*

*Keep in mind that if guests would like to check in before 3 pm or check out after 12;30 pm a notice should be made in advance and additional fee of 25$ applies.
 
Breakfast:
Begins at 7am  to 9am on weekdays
Between 9am-11am on weekends
*For a low fee of $10 per person a well balance homemade breakfast will be served,

*No pets allowed

No smoking allowed

 Wi-Fi available (local and U.S long distance calls are free upon request)

Other Policies
Additional people: Rooms accommodate 2 people only. Additional cost is $35 per night. Inflated bed is provided upon requested. The suite accommodates 4, but the additional 2 persons would be charged $35 daily.

Children are welcome but parents have to supervise  them at all times.

Room Pricing: All room are priced to accommodate a maximum of 2 person unless agree upon.

A minimum of 3 night stay However we are happy to accommodate last minute quests based on availabity.  An exception will be granted and all inquires are welcome.

Driving Directions to Lefferts Garden Residences B&B Home Sweet Home:
We are about 3 blocks away from Prospect Park Subway. The main trains are the B & Q. It’s just 5 minutes to the newly Barclay Center Schedule to open in September. It is also 15 minutes away from Downtown, Chinatown, Soho. 30 minutes to 34st street, 35 to 42nd Time Square.

There are 3 major airports: the John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport, and Newark Airport. The closest airport is JFK. Other transportation is Port Authority Bus Terminal Pennsylvania Station (railway) Grand Central Station (railway)
